Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services Announces First Project Under Restoring Neighborhoods LLC
We’re thrilled to introduce our first major initiative under our new entity, Restoring Neighborhoods LLC — a project over eight years in the making!
Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services recently acquired four duplexes in North Richmond, formerly known as the Las Deltas Community. These properties will be transformed into eight beautiful single-family homes, bringing new life and opportunity to the neighborhood.
This project is part of our Emerging Developers Program, which supports and uplifts new talent in community development. Selected emerging developers will help lead this transformation.
