The Emerging Developers Program met me at an important point in my professional journey. I had already established a career in real estate and business operations, but EDP helped me feel more deeply connected to the development community here in the Bay Area. Through the relationships I built with fellow participants, mentors, and industry leaders, I gained a stronger sense of belonging within the local ecosystem and a community of people committed to learning, growing, and shaping the region together.

Today, I continue to work as a business operations strategist and real estate advisor, supporting community ownership projects across the country. I collaborate with organizations taking bold action to prevent displacement, preserve community assets, and prepare their neighborhoods for the future.

Beyond sharpening the skills of emerging developers, EDP has strengthened alumni ties to the work happening here at home while fostering the lasting relationships and support system needed to advance and sustain this work together.
