Philip Patrick has been a successful real estate investor, property manager, and developer since 1988. He is an AirBnB Superhost with properties across the U.S., ranging from five-star guest favorite AirBnBs to affordable housing units. Through his advisory group, Lord & Patrick Properties, Philip now shares his expertise with others.

A 35-year tech veteran, Philip holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Howard University. He also serves as a Board Member of a captive insurance firm and as Chair of the Measure G Oversight Committee. In this role, he leads strategic evaluations to guide public reporting to ensure $20M annually in parcel tax funds are allocated effectively.

His work focuses on teacher retention, expanding college-prep opportunities, and maintaining high-quality instructional materials for the Oakland Unified School District.
