Biography
She has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is accustomed to working with owners and subcontractors to facilitate top-notch teams constructing quality buildings locally in the Bay Area.
As the Director of Pre-Construction, her responsibilities frequently include the Coordination of Pre-construction Services, management of client relationships, and responses to all inquiries for RFQ’s. As well as preliminary budgets, construction cost estimates, contract negotiation and administration, scheduling, value engineering, purchasing, and cost control.
