We’re thrilled to introduce our first major initiative under our new entity, Restoring Neighborhoods LLC — a project over eight years in the making!
Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services recently acquired four duplexes in North Richmond , formerly known as the Las Deltas Community . These properties will be transformed into eight beautiful single-family homes , bringing new life and opportunity to the neighborhood.
This project is part of our Emerging Developers Program , which supports and uplifts new talent in community development. Selected emerging developers will help lead this transformation.
