The Small Coach™ Workshop

An interactive session helping small-scale developers assess their projects, identify barriers, and build strategies to move forward.

About the workshop

Designed for individuals who are actively working on, or considering starting, a small-scale real estate development project, this workshop combines entrepreneurial coaching with practical development insights. The goal is to help you evaluate where you stand in your project journey and chart a clear path ahead.

Using guided self-assessment tools and peer discussion, you will examine the challenges you face, uncover personal and practical barriers that may be slowing your progress, and develop concrete strategies to keep your project moving. Participants leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of how to advance their development goals.

What you will learn

The day balances personal skill development with deal structure exploration. A core focus is understanding risk, specifically which decisions can be reversed and which cannot, and how to think through managing those risks effectively.

How to register

Enrollment is limited to 30 participants. Registration is $300 per person. Alumni of the Emerging Developer Program (EDP) qualify for a discounted rate.

Sign up today to reserve your spot.
