September’s HUD Pre-Purchase Workshop

Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services (RNHS) is bringing its HUD-approved Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Workshop to a location near you. Attendance is required if you plan to access Down Payment Assistance or Community Lending programs in California.

Join us in person on Saturday, September 12, at 9:00 a.m.

Whether you’re just starting to think about homeownership or already in the process of buying, this workshop will give you the tools and knowledge to navigate the homebuying journey with confidence. Many community lenders and first-time homebuyer programs require this certification, so attending is one of the smartest moves you can make right now.
