If you are thinking about homeownership in the Bay Area, or are already in the process of buying a home, this workshop is for you. RNHS looks forward to partnering with you after the workshop to help you reach your homeownership goals.
This is a required class for first-time homebuyers seeking access to down payment assistance and community lending programs in California. Many community lenders and first-time home buyer programs require this class.
Be proactive, register early, and plan to attend all sessions so you have everything you need to navigate the homebuying process with confidence.
