Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services invites you to a free virtual info session about new affordable homeownership opportunities coming to Richmond. Learn about BuildCasa, a project designed to make homeownership possible for qualified community members.

- Project design and timeline — what’s being built and when
- Location and community context — where the homes are and what’s nearby
- Price range and affordability — what to expect financially
- Eligibility and qualification requirements — who can apply and how
About the homes:
- 10 new townhomes (6 available for reservation now)
- 800 sq. ft. each
- 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms
- Target sale price: $435,000
- Projected completion: spring/summer 2026
