Armand Harvey is a Senior Financial Analyst on the Acquisitions & Development team at Primestor Development in Los Angeles, where he leads underwriting and financial analysis across the firm's $4.5B development pipeline spanning mixed-use, retail, and housing — including a $1.5B+ housing book. His work runs the full development lifecycle: feasibility and site evaluation, entitlement and construction budgeting, capital structuring, lease-up, and disposition. He also builds and manages the firm's fund pro formas, equity waterfalls, and quarterly investor reporting for its institutional fund vehicles, and partners with senior leadership to bring investment recommendations, capital-stack analyses, and return sensitivities to the Investment Committee and JV equity partners.
A Washington, D.C. native, Armand began his career in affordable housing straight out of college, cutting his teeth on ground-up LIHTC development before moving into institutional multifamily acquisitions at RealtyMogul/RM Communities and Clear Capital. Across his career, he has underwritten and evaluated more than $5B in real estate transactions and helped execute hundreds of millions of dollars in closed acquisitions and developments, with deep fluency in quantitative finance, mixed-use ground-up development, and institutional fund structures. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Occidental College, where he was also an Athletic Hall of Fame track-and-field athlete.
