Module 1: Introduction & Goal Setting

Module 2: Impacts of Trauma on Body + Brain

Date: October 6, 2025

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand how trauma affects the nervous system
  • Identify personal responses to financial stress
  • Build somatic awareness

 

**Class will not be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day**

 

Module 3: Scarcity & Poverty of the Mind – Trauma Of Money Method

Date: October 20, 2025

Learning Outcomes:

  • Define scarcity mindset and its roots in trauma
  • Explore the Trauma of Money (TOM) Method
  • Identify limiting beliefs

 

Module 4: What’s Your Money Script?

Date: October 27, 2025

Learning Outcomes:

  • Discover your personal “money script”
  • Understand how early experiences shape financial behaviors
  • Begin to rewrite limiting narratives

 

Module 5: Money & Relationships

Date: November 3, 2025

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explore the role of money in relationships
  • Identify patterns of financial codependency or secrecy
  • Learn tools for healthy financial communication

 

Module 6: Racial Wealth Gap – Gapitalism

Date: November 10, 2025
