If you’re thinking about homeownership in the Bay Area or are in the process of purchasing a home, this workshop is for you. RNHS is excited to partner with you after the workshop to assist you in achieving your homeownership goals.

Many community lenders and first-time homebuyer (FTHB) programs require this class. Be proactive—register and attend the one-day workshop to get the information you need to navigate the home-buying process.

Participants are required to attend the session from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and complete their survey to qualify for the HUD certificate.*
