Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. (RNHS) is excited to launch it’s next cohort for Keys to Equity (KTE) Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) program. This will include our 6 Educational Modules starting on July 26th, 2023 with an Info Session
Participants will gain practical knowledge and essential skills while participating in the Educational module(s) through their ADU journey.
Module 1: July 26th – Info Session
Module 2: August 2nd – Financing your ADU
Office Hours: August 3rd- 12pm-1pm PST
Module 3: August 9th- How to work with your GC and Architect
Module 4 & 5: August 16th – Managing Tenants/ Landlord Legalities for an Accessory Dwelling Unit
Module 6: August 23rd- Wrapping up
If you are an Oakland Homeowner, who has been following the KTE/ ADU program designed to support Black, Homeowners in the City of Oakland and would like to learn more about the program- this class would be great for you to register and attend.
