Many community lenders and First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) programs require this class. Be proactive, register, and attend all workshops to get the information you need to navigate through the home buyer’s process!
Participants are required to attend each session (November 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm PST with their survey for each class to receive your HUD Education Certificate*
