If you’re thinking about HOMEOWNERSHIP in the Bay Area or in the process of purchasing a home, this workshop is for you!
RNHS is excited to partner up with you after the workshop to assist you with your homeownership GOALS.
Many community lenders and First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) programs require this class. Be proactive, register, and attend the one-day workshop to get the information you need to navigate through the home buyer’s process.
Participants are required to attend the session from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST) with their survey to qualify for a HUD Certificate*
There will be a continental breakfast starting at 8:30 am. The program will start promptly at 9:00 am.
