Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. (RNHS) has taken it’s HUD Pre-Purchase Workshop virtual – Join us online starting Thursday, January 4th at 6:00 pm PST!

If you’re thinking about HOMEOWNERSHIP in the Bay Area or in the process of purchasing a HOME – this workshop is for you!

RNHS is excited to partner up with you after the workshop to assist you with your homeownership GOALS.

Many community lenders and First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) programs require this class – be proactive, register, and attend all workshops to get the information you need to navigate through the home buyer’s process!

Participants are required to attend each session (January 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm PST with their survey for each class to receive your HUD Education Certificate*
