Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services (RNHS) and the City of Oakland are hosting a convening to discuss the inroads and progress we’ve made since creating our partnership!

The goal of the partnership is to identify and reduce the obstacles that many new Black (BIPOC) developers face when looking to leverage resources, and gain access to capital; Through this work and collaboration we look to make changes in the pipeline of development seen by the City of Oakland and reduce the challenges that Emerging (Black) BIPOC developers are facing in the City of Oakland.

We will be bringing together our City of Oakland partners (HCD and the Housing Department) to discuss the enhancements and milestones being made in Oakland, City officials have also been invited to attend.
